Description
The XT-Tech series scuba diving medium pressure flexible hose has been developed with the main purpose to offer technical divers additional safety with Kevlar reinforcement in the inner braiding, combined with a smooth outer layer of PU. This new configuration from Miflex, as it is not positively buoyant, is particularly appreciated providing less abrasion around the neck, so allowing the hose to stay in place. The X-Tech series hoses offer the same characteristics of a traditional rubber hose with the bonus of being lighter in weight. The hose has a thermoplastic inliner with an inner Polyester & Kevlar braiding and an outer smooth layer of thermoplastic. The fittings and the sleeves are made of sea water resistant electroless nickel plated brass. All Miflex Specialist Diving Hoses comply with EN250 standard. This new range will initially be available in a limited range of lengths and is only available in the one colour.
